The Adina Apartments (Toga Group) owns a large serviced hotel in Chippendale in Sydney’s inner city, featuring an outdated hotel garden. They wanted an innercity landscape designer to bring it completely up to date with modern usable spaces for their guests to enjoy.

They liked a contemporary Palm Springs look with palms, modern cacti and border hedging contrasted with new modern white pots. We also introduced an international luxury resort feel in certain areas.

THE CLIENTS – Adina Hotel (Toga Group) have recently upgraded their Chippendale hotel internally and wanted the landscaping to complete the new look to create a hotel garden Sydney with a modern feel.

THE PROJECT – We have combined many elements on this project from our global design philosophy – blending modern Australian landscape design and tropical plants with a splash of American Palm Springs styles.

New colourful tiling and outdoor cushions have added a glam feel to the pool area. New plantings such as tropical palms, cacti, bromeliads, Xanadu and new pebbles, rocks and modern white pots have all been introduced as a modern fusion of our landscape design.
